Zoomlion Rotary Drilling Rig Makes its Debut in Panama

In recent years, Zoomlion's overseas business has achieved steady and rapid growth, with its product markets covering over 170 countries and regions worldwide. Recently, Zoomlion delivered the first ZR255H rotary drilling rig in Panama, which has won customer acclaim for its outstanding performance and efficiency since being put into operation.

It is reported that the ZR255H drilling rig first commenced construction in Panama City for building pile foundation work. The ZR255H rotary drilling rig demonstrated outstanding construction capabilities, efficiently and rapidly completing the construction of pile holes with a diameter of 1.2 meters and a depth of 25 meters. The geological conditions of the project were primarily clay, with a mudstone layer at the bottom with a strength of approximately 50 MPa. For such geological conditions, the ZR255H rotary drilling rig can "handle both soft and hard strata." Its high-efficiency hydraulic system configuration allows for a balance between construction speed and fuel consumption control, while the multi-speed power head design enables it to tackle highly weathered rock layers.

The successful application of this new-generation rotary drilling rig in Panama demonstrates the international market competitiveness of Zoomlion's foundation construction products and lays a solid foundation for future overseas market expansion.
